Hand lettered, and colored manuscript on parchment, stamped with gold, and bound in blue leather. In a protective box.
Samuel Morris was a lawyer with Morris and Malott of Globe, Arizona, Director of Miami Copper Company, and Chairman of the Arizona Copper Tariff Board. He became a director of Tennessee Corporation in 1960.
