Thirty-three letters written by Eugene Fuller to family members between 1881 and 1883, about his work for the Arizona Gazette, his wife’s health and subsequent death, and the care of his children. He writes about his own health, the assistance of the Knights of Pythias members, and a second brief marriage. There is also a 1915 letter from Fuller’s first mother-in-law, Mrs. M.M. Clifford, to her son, Charlie, about travel plans.
Eugene I. Fuller was an editor and journalist in Phoenix, Arizona from 1881 to 1883, working for the Arizona Gazette. Hhe later lived in California.
