Collection Services manages the acquisitions, discovery, stewardship, preservation, and assessment of the Libraries’ information resources. We manage and acquire electronic and physical collections and information resources to support research and learning.

We use usage data, librarians’ strong relationships with academic units, consortial collaborations, and campus priorities to effectively make collection decisions. We help users find and access materials and collections by supporting discovery systems and tools. We also oversee digitization and digital preservation workflows for the Libraries.
