Technology Strategy and Services (TeSS) serves the library's technology needs. Our staff members develop software, websites, and other tools to support access to library resources, research, and teaching. We also provide technical infrastructure and support services to library departments and visitors.

We support TeSS and cross-unit groups by providing continuous visibility to and maintenance on the Library's technology portfolio. We manage a variety of IT projects and create processes and tools to support effective prioritization and project management.
