The University Libraries now has agreements with 15 (!) scholarly publishers that provide fully waived or discounted article processing charges (APCs) for open access publication by UA-affiliated authors.

These agreements provide UA-affiliated authors with no and low-cost open access publication in over 780 journals.

One of the most recent exciting agreements is with PLOS. APCs are now fully waived for articles accepted for publication in PLOS One, PLOS Computational Biology, PLOS Pathogens, PLOS Genetics, PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases, PLOS Digital Health, and PLOS Biology.
