What are microcredentials?
A microcredential is a short, focused learning experience that helps you build skills and knowledge in a specific area. The UA Libraries offers two microcredentials: Makerspace Student Educator and Research Readiness.
When you complete the microcredential, you earn a digital badge that you can share with your instructor or on your resume, LinkedIn, or other professional profiles. Visit the Office of the Registrar: Microcredentials & digital badges page to learn more.
Requirements
Our microcredentials include a mix of learning activities, such as tutorials, modules, quizzes, reflections, and hands-on practice. Requirements vary by microcredential, so be sure to review what you’ll need to complete to earn the badge.
