CATalyst offers a microcredential through Credly. The Makerspace Student Educator microcredential certifies that workers in the library makerspace are able to demonstrate proficiencies in three areas:
- Use of the technology and digital design skills that are associated with he technology in the Makerspace.
- Customer service with patrons and conducting administrative tasks for Makerspace operations.
- Teaching patrons to use Makerspace technology.
To earn the Credly Makerspace Student Educator badge, you must submit evidence that you can operate each of the machines listed below and write a short paragraph about your learning experience.
