About Katheryne B. Willock
Katheryne (Kate) Brooks Kay Willock was an ardent supporter of the Libraries since 2002 and was passionate about the importance of primary sources for research. Willock was a generous patron of student scholarship, and underwrote graduate assistantships. She endowed the annual library research award to laud graduate and undergraduate students who made use of the Libraries' information resources.
Willock died in 2017 but her philanthropy, memory and legacy live on through the award.
