Chill out at the Library

Join us for a special Welcome Week event at the Main Library! Gather to celebrate the library as a space and place for community.

Activities Include:

• Stop by for eegee's (Tucson's favorite ice-cold frozen fruit drinks) and snacks.
• Learn how to ice dye a t-shirt. Use this cool technique to sprinkle dye over ice and create a tie dye-like pattern on white fabric as it melts. We’ll provide you with a free white t-shirt (all sizes) or bring your own white items to dye.  
• Find cool books to read for fun. If you like fiction/nonfiction books, you’ll love learning about our Wildcat Reads collection! We’ll also help you download the Libby app on your device to enjoy ebooks, audiobooks, or magazines in your free time.
