Working at the Libraries
We're a big organization and usually, we hire students for a variety of positions, such as book scanning and retrieval, data analysis, laptop lending, archives processing, and technology troubleshooting. While some positions require specific skills, such as customer service, many are entry-level with minimal work experience required.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled at UA for at least six credit hours.
- Must remain in an enrolled status to continue employment, except during winter & summer sessions (with demonstrated enrollment for the subsequent semester).
- Student workers are limited to 25 hours per week during the academic year (across all positions held); graduate students are limited to work 26.4 hours per week.
- Students must not exceed 35 hours per week during the winter and summer sessions.
