Leslie Sult

Leslie Sult is a librarian at the University of Arizona Libraries, where she serves as the Lead for the Reference & Research Consultation unit and the Strategist for Information Literacy Integration into Gateway Courses. Her work focuses on embedding information literacy instruction into high-impact, high-enrollment gateway courses across the majors. She enjoys supporting students as they build early academic research skills and draws on her teaching background to collaborate with faculty in integrating information literacy outcomes into the curriculum. Leslie earned her MLS from the School of Information and Library Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has contributed to several initiatives aimed at enhancing student learning, including the award-winning, open-source Guide on the Side project and the integration of information literacy tools into the University of Arizona’s course management system.
