As the Student Success District becomes a reality, many have asked: “When will construction end?” The good news is that the end of University Libraries renovations is almost in sight.

The Main Library is still on track for a spring 2020 completion, with CATalyst Studios opening in January. Meanwhile, the Albert B. Weaver Science-Engineering Library will enter its final phase of renovations, which are scheduled to wrap up during summer 2020.

Libraries renovations began in January 2019, and significant progress was made during summer 2019.

The Student Success District project also includes the construction of the new Student Success Building and renovations to Bear Down Gym, projected for a late 2020 and early 2022 completion respectively.
