In February, Nathaniel Gamez was hired permanently as Library Services Associate III. He has been working for Access and Information Services (AIS) as a temporary worker since August 2024.

Gamez was also a previous student employee working as a Student Desk Assistant and in Resource Sharing (which is part of AIS) and Special Collections throughout 2022 and 2023. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Studies with a minor in Astronomical Studies from the University of Arizona. While studying at the University of Arizona he was also in ROTC.
