Heather Froehlich, Research Engagement Digital Scholarship Specialist, wrote "Language, Variation, and Change," which is the first chapter of the recently published book, "Text and Data Mining Literacy for Librarians," available via American Library Association store. "My chapter's short and sweet, around 5,000 words," said Froehlich. "It's a good book for anyone interested in growing some text and data mining (TDM) capacities and assumes no prior knowledge."

You can also find Froehlich's chapter in the University Libraries repository. University Libraries will purchase the rest of the book on Oct. 27, and it will available in the repository shortly after.

Brava, Heather!
