What is AI and Why Is it Happening To Me?

The University of Arizona Libraries' AI+ Studio offers a gentle introduction to understanding what artificial intelligence is doing, why and how. This workshop comes with zero expectations regarding prior knowledge of math, computer science, or anything else scary-sounding and covers the following topics:

• Discussion of two key kinds of AI (generative and machine learning approaches)
• Foundational concepts required for understanding the big-umbrella of AI
• Ways we can assess AI content

This is an in-person training that will run for approximately 90 minutes with plenty of room for questions. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
