Also includes a typescript (copy) titled "Isaac C. Parker," concerning his career as judge for this district court.

Historical background

Judge Isaac Parker presided as U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas from 1875 to 1895. He earned a reputation as the "hanging judge."
