Attend a University of Arizona Libraries workshop or drop-in session to learn how to research effectively and engage with useful resources to produce informed and innovative scholarship. The Libraries are here to help you learn more about the exciting world of virtual and augmented reality, ArcGIS StoryMaps, research projects, theses or dissertations, citations, Library resources, geospatial data, using R, ggplot, mapping Census data, promoting your research, OER, UA's Pressbooks, copyright, data management, Scopus, Zotero, and much, much more!
All instructional workshops and drop-ins are open to University of Arizona students, staff, and faculty and depending on the workshop will be delivered virtually, in-person, or hybrid. If you have questions or want to suggest a workshop title or topic of interest to address your research needs, contact one of the workshop or drop-in instructors.
Every Tuesday morning we hold drop-in sessions for you to ask questions to help accomplish your scholarship goals. Join us at the Data & Viz Drop-in, 9-11am (In Person/Hybrid) with Jeff Oliver, Fernando Rios, or Devin Bayly.
Research Engagement offers a variety of workshops to support your research skills and knowledge. Check out the up-to-date schedule of upcoming workshops for more information.
