With the Project & portfolio management unit within TeSS, we coordinate and manage IT projects, handle communications, and facilitate collaboration across units to work through problems. I believe everyone's clear understanding is essential to problem solving. I strive to document and communicate information in new and flexible ways and I'm often bringing everyone into the (virtual) room to learn more and move our work forward.
