Access and Information Services (AIS) manages access to technology, study spaces, and materials. We ensure a safe, disruption-free environment while improving services for library users.
Administration
Administration includes the deans and their support staff and our development, facilities, finance, human resources, marketing, and user experience teams.
Collection Services
Collection Services manages the acquisition, discovery, and preservation of information resources, including physical materials, digital collections, and teaching and learning resources.
Health Sciences Library
The Health Sciences Library provides medical information, participates in health sciences education, and works statewide to improve access to quality health information and advance healthcare and research.
Research Engagement
Research Engagement provides training and consultation on research planning, data management, and digital scholarship. We support open access, maintain scholarly records, and manage data repositories.
Student Learning and Engagement
Student Learning and Engagement (SLE) creates interactive learning experiences and instructional programming that is welcoming and inclusive of all learning styles and experiences.
Special Collections
Special Collections houses rare and archival materials in literature, Arizona and Southwestern history, the US-Mexican borderlands, science, and more that are accessible to scholars, researchers, and the public.
Technology Strategy and Services
Technology Strategy and Services (TeSS) serves the library’s technology needs. We develop software, websites, and other tools to support library access and provide technical infrastructure and support services.
