In my role, I partner with the Executive Associate and Deans to plan, budget, and execute a wide range of events, from community functions and donor engagements to internal staff meetings.
I provide event support across multiple library departments, coordinating logistics such as room reservations, catering, and on-site details to ensure everything runs smoothly. In addition, I oversee all aspects of employee travel, from authorization to reimbursement, streamlining the process for staff and ensuring accuracy at every step.
