As a project manager within the Projects and portfolio unit of TeSS, I facilitate digital project work that provides solutions for the library. I enjoy working with folks from different skillsets and backgrounds and aim to promote collaboration through evolving process, documentation and communication strategies, creating a shared understanding of work for both implementers and stakeholders.
