I manage and support the library's User Experience (UX) team, which shapes the library's digital experience through user experience design, user research, and web strategy. I strive to create experiences that look familiar and feel trustworthy, then pave the way for implementation. I believe design is a collaborative process, so I work with colleagues from almost every library department and the Web Strategy Group (WSG) to identify opportunities for improvement.
