Please welcome Angela Murrell to the Health Sciences Library!

Along with Dr. Ahlam Saleh, Angela will serve as a liaison librarian to the College of Medicine – Tucson, providing instruction within courses, conducting literature searches, supporting systematic reviews and other research projects in the college, and promoting and publicizing library resources and services within the college.

Angela has a BS in Basic Science from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and an MLIS from Louisiana State University. She has previously held positions at HonorHealth, the Scripps Research Institute and Bastyr University.

When she's not at work, she enjoys building Lego models with her son, playing board games, and going to the movies. You might even catch her attending a comic convention (in costume!).
