Angela Murrell, Associate Librarian, and Liaison to the College of Medicine-Tucson received the 2025 Louise Darling Achievement Award from the Medical Library Group of Southern California & Arizona (MLGSCA). This annual award honors significant contributions toward the advancement of health sciences librarianship through the endeavors of MLGSCA.

Murrell also co-authored “A Scoping Review and Consensus Recommendations for Emergency Medical Services Buprenorphine (EMS-Bupe) Programs,” published in August 2024.
