UA Libraries have purchased the EndNote citation management software for students, faculty and staff. EndNote is a citation management tool that saves researchers, students and librarians some valuable time. It allows users to create personal reference libraries, insert citations into Word, organize references, and send citations from databases into EndNote.

How to get EndNote 21:

  1. For cloud capability, any University of Arizona student, staff and faculty can sign up at www.myendnoteweb.com.
  2. To install on your computer/laptop, sign in with your NetID+ at ServiceNow EndNote knowledge base and get the download links.
  3. For customer support, contact Clarivate tech support (24/5): +1-800-336-4474,  Option 4, followed by option 1.
