With over 8 years of administrative and event planning experience, I serve as a backup for the Executive Associate, I collaborate with the Deans to plan, budget, and execute various administrative events, including community functions, donor events, and internal staff meetings. I provide event support for several library departments and manage logistics, room reservations, and catering. Additionally, I handle all aspects of employee travel, from authorization to reimbursement.
